submitting work could not be easier .

general submissions

send copies of your work either on disc or as hard copies (no slides please)

complete a submission form and contract, please phone gallery will will send the relavant forms.

send a cv and statement about work.

there is no selection fee, and any work submitted will be considered for any forthcoming exhibitions. a letter about the exhibition you have been selected for will be sent giving more details including deadlines and fees.

if you are submitting for a particular exhibition the procedure is the same, a fee will need to be included before the work can be put forward for selection. (details on fees will be available by phoning the gallery, not all shows will have a submission fee). if your work is selected we will write to you sending more details an exhibitors contract and membership form. if you are not selected we will write informing you and send any work back providing you have sent a sae.

 

please note you as the artist/maker you are soley reposible for insurance of your work, while being delivered to the gallery for the full time it is on the gallery premises and the return of your work.

 

shop submissions

same as above, there is no fee to put work in the shop, just a commission rate of 30% will be taken. when pricing please add this to the amount you wish to sell the work at. If you become a member of the gallery commission comes down to 20%.

any work not suitable for the gallery will only be returned if a S A E is included.
